THE ROLE

We’re currently looking for web3 interested individuals to join our team for a full-time internship for a minimum of three months to help the founding team create and develop our startup.

We are looking for someone who shares our excitement for web3, actively embraces the potential of synthetic media & wants join us in shaping the way great ideas & content comes to life in a not-so-far future. With an entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to quickly learn and adapt, you can help shape this new way of storytelling with your strengths and expand your knowledge.

As CHAPTR is at the beginning of its journey, you will gain firsthand startup experience as an early-stage employee.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Support the founding team in all (strategic) business development activities.
Shape web3 projects (e.g. an NFT project) along their life cycles.
Help building the required (web3) business operations for the company.
Screen & analyze the web3 market to derive strategic insights.
Assist developing a marketing strategy for CHAPTR and it’s projects.
Support drafting web3 content/ communication strategy & actively accompany it’s execution.
Actively support the broader CHAPTR team with ideas and contributions related to new products, tech & business models (all related to web3 / ai-based co:creation).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action.
Capability to quickly learn & adapt.
Analytical & strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (in English).
Web3 interested digital native.
A passion for content (movies, literature, music, art...), culture & communities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity.
Currently advanced in bachelor’s/master’s program or in a gap year.
Based in Germany.

WHAT MIGHT COME IN HANDY

Internship experience around strategy development/business development, data analysis,
research and/or project management.
SQL knowledge.
Speaks meme fluently.
Knows the cool hashtags before they’re trending.
Watched all seasons of Black Mirror.
