THE ROLE

For one of our ventures (hereafter “VENTURE”) we are looking for a full-time Product Manager who actively embraces the potential of synthetic media & AI and therefore wants to join us in shaping lovable products and reimagining how exciting content comes to life.

This key role will be in charge for all aspects of the VENTURE’s first product: A mobile app that provides a completely new content & storytelling experience. Positioned at the very center of the VENTURE, this product & tech savvy professional will elaborate and execute the innovative product strategy, will translate it into an actionable feature roadmap and will steer the development, shipment and constant improvement of the product itself and its features. The role will work closely with a cross functional team of creatives, UX/UI designers, developers and marketing specialist to achieve the VENTURE’s business goals. Directly reporting into CHAPTR’s CPO the Product Manager will represent the VENTURE within CHAPTR and towards external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

  • Create a product strategy and translate it into detailed requirements.

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market-cycles.

  • Drive product launches working with public relations and marketing experts.

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and spark excitement.

  • Actively support the broader CHAPTR team with ideas and contributions related to new products, tech & business models (all related to web3 / ai-based co:creation)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Passion for content & culture (movies, literature, music, art, …).

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Proven ability to develop product strategies, to track progress via analytics & KPIs and to derive and execute measurable improvements.

  • Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

  • Strong problem solving skills and hands-on-mentality.

  • Amazing facilitation skills and love for working with diverse and cross functional teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (in English).

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and to create clarity and action.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
