THE ROLE

We’re currently looking for individuals interested in generative AI and web3 to join our WHITE MIRROR team as a working student to help us shaping the future of AI empowered and community driven content production.

We are looking for someone who shares our excitement for web3, actively embraces the potential of synthetic media & wants join us in shaping the way great ideas & content come to life. With your passion for content creation, hands-on-mentality and capability to quickly learn and adapt, you will work closely with artist, creative leads and community managers to enable new ways of storytelling.

As CHAPTR is at the beginning of its journey, you will gain firsthand startup experience, build your network and deepen your knowledge in a fastly evolving environment at the interception of technology, community and creativity.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Support the WHITE MIRROR team in all community and creator related activities.

  • Help building routine operations and execute daily tasks to support creators and the community.

  • Take care of ad hoc requirements from artists, creative leads and team members.

  • Screen & analyze community activities and engagement to derive strategic insights.

  • Assist developing content and communications plan for the WHITE MIRROR Discord.

  • Support marketing and communications for WHITE MIRROR on social media.

  • Actively support the broader CHAPTR team with ideas and contributions related to new products, tech & business models (all related to web3 / AI-based co:creation).

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • AI and web3 interested digital native.

  • A passion for content (movies, literature, music, art, …), culture & communities. 

  • Hands-on-mentality: You get stuff done.

  • Altruism: You deeply care and want to help others to achieve their goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (in English).

  • Capability to quickly learn & adapt.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity. 

  • Currently advanced in bachelor’s/master’s program or in a gap year.

  • Based in Germany.

 

WHAT MIGHT COME IN HANDY

  • Experience working with artists and creators.

  • Engagement in Discord-communities.

  • Speaking meme fluently.

  • Knowing relevant hashtags before they’re trending.

  • Having watched all seasons of Black Mirror.
