THE ROLE

We’re currently looking for individuals interested in technology, customer-centric B2B solutions and generative AI to join our Venture Development Team for a full-time internship for a minimum of three months. Our goal is to shape and grow CHAPTR, it’s ongoing B2B products and push the boundaries of what is possible in order to innovate and redefine work.

We are looking for someone who shares our excitement for generative AI and technology, working in a faced paced industry. With an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on-mentality and the capability to quickly learn and adapt, you can help us shape the future of working as part of a rockstar team. 

You will gain firsthand startup experience, build your network within and beyond a large publishing house and deepen your knowledge in a fastly evolving environment of AI, technology, and B2B software. Your learning curve is guaranteed, not only due to the dynamic market itself but also because of our incredible team of ex-MBB and ex-BigTech colleagues. As your mentors, they will work alongside you to ensure your personal development. You'll acquire knowledge and gain hands-on experience with groundbreaking technologies.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assist project managers across our CHAPTR projects - from project management activities to hands-on execution of initiatives.

  • Help in detailing and executing a go-to-market strategy for our products.

  • Support the team operationally and conceptually with our customer success activities, from training and onboarding to support and growth workshops.

  • Screen & analyze the genAI market and competitors to derive strategic insights.

  • Strengthen the venture team in all strategic and business development activities.

  • Support drafting a marketing / PR / communication strategy & actively accompany it’s execution.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently advanced in bachelor’s/master’s program or in a gap year, with your studies focused on business or business information/engineering.

  • First internship experience - tech startup, VCs, strategy consulting, business development, data analysis, research and/or project management or anything alike.

  • Proactive approach combined with passion to drive topics forward.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards action.

  • Analytical & strategic thinking with a  high attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity. 

  • Fun working in a great team of rockstars.

  • Based in Germany.

 

WHAT MIGHT COME IN HANDY

  • A passion for AI, tech solutions and great user centric products.  

  • Solid understanding of digital business models. 

  • Fun working in an international and multicultural environment as part of a great team.

  • Experience in leveraging the power of ChatGPT, MidJourney and other AI tools out there.

  • Great communication skills: Speaking tech fluently - with or without ChatGPT 🤓

  • Capability to quickly learn & adapt, particularly related to GenAI & the rapid changing industry.
