THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a full-time Scrum Master, an Agile evangelist ready to sail the dynamic waves of technological innovation. In the midst of rapid growth and transformative AI initiatives, your role is pivotal: Acting not merely as a facilitator but as the cornerstone of our projects’ success. The essence of this role involves guiding our enthusiastic teams through the intricacies of Scrum practices, fostering an environment of collaboration, and driving the iterative improvement of our cutting-edge projects.

In this critical capacity, you will be the torchbearer of Agile methodologies, working closely with a
cross-functional team consisting of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, AI Engineers, Full-Stack
Developers, and Business Specialists – all united in their quest to redefine the intersection of artificial and human intelligence. Reporting directly to our CPO, your insights and leadership in the Scrum process will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our AI-driven solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Champion the Scrum framework within a FULLY REMOTE organization, facilitating all Scrum
ceremonies and ensuring the adherence to Agile values and principles.
Serve as a liaison between Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, AI Specialists other stakeholders, enhancing communication and collaboration to meet project goals.
Oversee the creation and prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovative
thinking to elevate team performance and product quality.
Facilitate effective solution delivery by removing impediments and fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as an advocate for the Agile methodologies within CHAPTR, educating and mentoring teams in adopting best practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A proven track record of success as a Scrum Master, guiding teams in the implementation of Agile practices in a way that has tangibly improved processes and outcomes.
An in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on Scrum practices, and the ability to apply these principles effectively in a dynamic & FULLY REMOTE business environment.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills, with a talent for fostering a
collaborative team environment that prioritizes productivity and innovation.
The capability to navigate complex challenges, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving objectives.
A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the transformative potential of AI and a continuous pursuit of learning and development in these areas.
